Our story
Ayla was created in 2024, inside a team running communication infrastructure for some of the world's largest financial institutions. Every week we watched the same problems repeat: OTPs dropped on degraded telecom corridors, smishing attacks slipping through rule-based filters, and support agents spending hours on queries that should have been resolved in seconds.
The infrastructure existed. The data existed. What was missing was a layer of intelligence that could sit between the message and the carrier — learning, adapting, and acting in real time. So we built it.
Today, Ayla processes over 100 million messages per month across financial institutions, digital banks, and fintech platforms globally. Our intelligence stack scores fraud in under 1ms, reroutes before delivery fails, and resolves the majority of customer queries without a human in the loop.
